The StarTrack fulfills the market requirements for a flexible and easily maintainable tracking system, utilizing wireless telemetry and high positioning accuracy.
The StarTrack system consists of up to 35 tracking units for gunfloats and tailbuoys and a vessel control unit. The system is designed to operate and survive under the extreme conditions typical for seismic operations: shocks, water submerging, extreme temperatures and icing.
